  • Life happens... traffic, weather, accidents... we get it. If, for one of these reasons, you will be late, please call the salon or notify your stylists as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you. However, we do have a very strict schedule that we have to keep in order to avoid throwing everyone’s appointments off. If you will be 15 minutes or more late, we will have to reschedule your appointment.

  • Again, we understand that life happens, however, we have to keep things as organized as possible. Please be considerate when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. We ask that you give at least a 48-hour notice to cancel or reschedule. We allow for one true last-minute, emergency cancellation. After that, you will be responsible for 50% of your scheduled service amount before you can reschedule your appointment.

  • Spray Tan Aftercare Instructions

    Before You Leave the Salon

    • Wait the recommended development time before showering. Typical ranges are 3–8 hours; 3 hours for Express Tan and 8 hours for Classic Tan

    • Wear loose, dark clothing and flip-flops to avoid rubbing or transferring the tan.

    • Avoid exertion that causes sweating.

    First Shower

    • Use lukewarm water only. Do not use hot water for the first shower.

    • Rinse ONLY briefly; do not scrub, exfoliate, or use body wash during the first rinse.

    • Gently pat dry with a towel. Do not rub.

    Daily Care (First 48–72 Hours)

    • Avoid heavy sweating (intense exercise, saunas, steam rooms).

    • Avoid long baths and hot showers.

    • Skip chlorinated pools for at least 24–48 hours.

    • Do not apply deodorant right before the first shower if it was avoided at the salon; after the first shower, use a gentle, non-exfoliating deodorant.

    Ongoing Maintenance

    • Moisturize daily with a non-oily, fragrance-free lotion to extend the life of the tan and keep skin even.

    • Use gentle, sulfate-free body washes to reduce fading.

    • Pat skin dry rather than rubbing after bathing.

    • Exfoliate lightly only when you’re ready for the tan to fade (use a gentle exfoliant to remove the last bit of color).

    • Avoid products with high alcohol content that can dry and fade the tan faster.

    • Apply sunscreen daily on exposed skin to protect both your skin and the tan from UV damage.

    Hands, Feet, Face, and Elbows

    • Keep these areas well-moisturized and wash hands immediately after applying any face products to avoid staining.

    • For an even finish, gently exfoliate these areas before future spray sessions.

    Skin Sensitivity and Reactions

    • If you experience itching, redness, or a rash, rinse off thoroughly and stop use. Contact a medical professional if symptoms are severe or persistent.

  • We do not offer refunds on services or hair extensions. If you are not satisfied with a service or your extensions, please contact us promptly; we will work with you to reach a satisfactory resolution.

Refunds or exchanges are offered on products and retail items within 30 days of purchase, accompanied by proof of purchase and the original packaging. Items returned after 30 days are not eligible for refund or exchange.

  • Before Your Spray Tan

Before Your Spray Tan — Preparation Instructions

    • Exfoliate thoroughly 24 hours before your appointment. Use a gentle body scrub or exfoliating mitt to remove dead skin and create an even surface for the solution.

    • Shower and fully cleanse your skin the morning of the appointment. Avoid heavy moisturizers, oils, deodorants, perfumes, or makeup. Skin should be clean and dry.

    • Do not apply lotions, oils, or makeup for at least 8–12 hours before your tan. If you use antiperspirant, stop using it the day of your appointment.

    • Shave or wax at least 24 hours prior. Shaving immediately before can leave micro-abrasions that may cause uneven color; waxing requires 24–48 hours for pores to calm.

    • Wear loose, dark, comfortable clothing to your appointment and home. Tight clothing can rub the solution and cause streaking. Flip-flops or sandals are recommended for footwear.

    • Remove jewelry, contact lenses, and piercings that will be in contact with the chest, neck, face, or hands. Bring a hair tie if needed.

    • If you have recently used self-tanner, allow at least 7–10 days (or until fully faded) before a professional spray tan.

    • Avoid oil-based or waterproof skincare treatments, chemical peels, or retinol products for at least 3–7 days prior, as these can affect color absorption.

    • Plan your appointment timing: avoid booking immediately before events where sweating, swimming, or heavy activity will occur (sweat and water can interfere with development).

    • Stay hydrated and moisturize regularly in the days leading up to your tan (but stop moisturizing the morning of the appointment).

Follow these steps to help ensure an even, natural-looking spray tan.
